The Residence Verification Settings section on the System Settings page has been updated to allow the following:

  • Resident verification through ArcGIS Online. (The existing City, County and ArcGIS Server verification methods remain available.)
  • Update the residency status of all contacts without the Resident Override option selected.
  • Determine residency status when creating or editing contacts.
  • Determine residency status for class registration.

A Rental Schedule report has been added to My Reports to show rental registrations by location. Reservation information includes dates, times, add-ons, setup and take-down times, rental items, customer names and phone numbers.

Contact

Cross matching phone numbers by type now triggers a duplicate warning when a contact is created. Previously, the type and phone number had to be the same to trigger a duplicate warning.

Coaches, players, or coaches and players may be notified from the Leagues Overview page. The content of the notification is controlled from the Player and Coach email templates. The notification process also has a time stamp feature to identify the user and the date/time of the last notification.

With the new web cashiering integration, Cashiering is accessed from within the Parks & Rec application and viewed in the same browser, so you never need to leave the Parks & Rec application.

If Cashiering is enabled, the Include in BackOffice service fee field will be disabled, since the service fees are configured in Cashiering.

Cashier Setup

Membership Sign-In has been updated with a modern design and moved to a new Sign-In menu that also includes an option to view sign-in history. Other Membership enhancements include the following:

  • A Family Membership option has been added in Membership Details to allow access to any registrant's family members .
  • A Members discount has been added to allow registrants of memberships to receive discounts when registering for participating classes .

If an existing contact does not have a portal account, creating a new contact on the portal with a matching name, DOB and email address automatically merges the contacts. The merge occurs only after the contact authenticates with a temporary password delivered to the provided email address.
