With the new web cashiering integration, Cashiering is accessed from within the Parks & Rec application and viewed in the same browser, so you never need to leave the Parks & Rec application. If Cashiering is enabled, the Include in BackOffice service fee field will be disabled, since the service fees are configured in Cashiering. |

If an existing contact does not have a portal account, creating a new contact on the portal with a matching name, DOB and email address automatically merges the contacts. The merge occurs only after the contact authenticates with a temporary password delivered to the provided email address. |
