Contacts are the individuals, such as participants, instructors, and item or facility renters, associated with the Parks & Rec activities. When citizens register for activities using the portal, contact records are created. Within your organization, personnel may create contact records for instructors, participants, renters, or staff, and they may assign contact login access.
